Development Launch \\ What's in a launch \\ 01 of 06
A name, and a look
that belongs to it.
Every launch starts with a name. We find it in the site, its history or the architecture, then build the palette, type and wordmark from the renderings themselves, so every piece that follows already matches.
What you get
- Three name directions, each with the reason behind it
- Wordmark in light and dark versions
- A palette pulled from the renderings, with names and color codes
- Display and body typefaces
- A tagline and listing copy in the project's voice
The Provincial at Pidcock Creek \\ Solebury, PA
A name the architecture already gave us.
The architect's notes describe the design as a Pennsylvania Provincial: a stone farmhouse crossed with a French manor house. We kept the word and tied it to the creek, which gives the name a place no other project can claim.
See the full case study →Ironmaster at 994 Commerce \\ Pottstown, PA
Named for the trade that built the town.
John Potts, the most successful ironmaster in the colonies, bought the land where the Manatawny Creek meets the Schuylkill in 1752 and founded the town that carries his name. The buildings' dark standing-seam roofs make the link easy to see.

A name the floor plan already gave us.
The residence takes the whole west face of the 46th floor, and the name says exactly that. We set it in a high-contrast serif, stacked so the number reads first, and kept it apart from the building's own brand.

Send the plans or the renderings you have. We'll come back with a scope for the whole launch, or just the pieces you need.
