One set of renderings. A whole launch.

We rendered a stone manor house on Pidcock Creek Road in Bucks County. Then we built what a developer needs to sell it: a name, an identity, a launch site, a brochure, a site banner and a social rollout, all cut from the same frames.

Why we built it

Renderings usually show up as a folder of JPEGs.

Then someone still has to name the project, design a brochure, build a site and plan the posts. Each piece gets made by a different hand, and by launch day the images look like they came from different jobs.

So we took one finished project and carried it all the way through. Every piece below comes from the same eleven frames, the same palette and the same few lines of copy.

The renderings

Eleven frames, each with one purpose.

The front sells the arrival, the two aerials explain the land, the rear sells the evening. Inside, the great room carries the scale and the kitchen and baths carry the finishes.

Name and identity

A name the architecture already gave us.

The architect's notes describe the design as a Pennsylvania Provincial: a stone farmhouse crossed with a French manor house. We kept the word and tied it to the creek, which gives the name a place no other project can claim.

Bucks County stone. French manor lines.

The tagline promises what the frames deliver: pale stone in the front light, steep gables and arched openings.
