Development Launch

The renderings are the start.
We build the launch.

Most developers buy renderings, then hire more vendors to name the project, build the site, print the brochure and plan the posts. We plan it all from the first camera, so every piece looks like the same project, from the township hearing to launch day.

Two stages

One set of frames, used twice.

01 \\ Approvals

Get it through the board.

Boards and neighbors respond to a building they can see. The project goes by its address, everything is marked proposed, and it leads with what changes for the people next door.

  • Site-scale aerials and street views, including road and grading changes
  • A project page neighbors can read, with a question form
  • A hearing handout and a proposed-community sign
  • Plain update posts through the review

02 \\ Launch

Then sell it.

Once it's approved, the same renderings get a name and carry the whole launch: site, print, signage and social, all from one identity.

  • Name, tagline, palette, type and wordmark
  • Launch site with an interest list
  • Brochure, fence banner or pull-up
  • Social rollout and an optional listing film

What's in a launch

Every piece, from the same frames.

Name and identity

A name rooted in the site, its history or its architecture, with a palette, type and wordmark drawn from the renderings.

Launch site

One page that sells the project: the renderings in order, the story, the place, and an interest list.

Brochure

A print-ready leave-behind for showings, broker events and investor meetings.

Site banner and signage

Fence banners, roadside signs and pull-ups, delivered as print-ready art with a mockup.

Social rollout

Story frames and feed captions in the project's voice: tease, reveal, then the rooms.

Listing film

A vertical film built from the finals. For a shell, the raw space turns into the finished home.

How it runs

Renderings first. Everything else follows.

01

Renderings

We plan the camera list for both the board and the buyer, then render on our usual schedule: first drafts in two to three days.

02

Name and identity

Three name directions, each with a reason. You pick one, and the palette and type come from the renderings themselves.

03

The kit

Site, print, signage and social are built from the approved identity, so nothing has to be matched up later.

04

Launch

Everything delivered ready to post, print and send, with the copy written for your sales team.
